Runners World Chicken Vegetable Soup

I'm going to have to remember this recipe from memory because I can't find it on the internet. 

  1. take a whole chicken and boil it in a pot for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Take the chicken out and let it cool down. Dump out the water the chicken was in and fill up to half full with water. Add all your spices. Such as salt and pepper and bay leaves and onion powder. Then cut up carrots, celery and onion and dump it in pot. Boil for about 3 hours and then add broken up chicken. Simmer for another hour and you are done. Let it cool down a little before you eat it. Should last a few days. But it is really good on a cold winter day. Or after a good run/walk. Enjoy my people.
