I went over to my friend's house for dinner, and he told me he had some walking sticks, so I tried his sticks out. It stopped the tremors while I walked. I needed to get a pair of these to help my walking. I told Angel about this and she said she had a set in our garage. They were hiding in a corner in the garage. So I found them and used them for the past 2 days. I walked 2 miles each day. Right now we are having scary weather out, so I can't for a walk tonight, but for sure tomorrow.

Also I found out that I could probably cut off the handles and just have them for running. I will probably have to buy another set of sticks incase I need to walk again. I think they cost around $100 at REI. That is what my friend said. So I know the formula to get myself running again. I just need something to squeeze in my hands while I run. I think I am going to keep walking until I get another set of sticks. That's all I have people. Yet another problem solved.
