My smart wife told me to go the the St. Vincent of Depaul and get some skiing grips instead of going and buying a new set at REI for $100.00. So that is what I did, I took them to the hardware store and had the polls cut off. I then unscrewed the cloth wrist material and then you have what you see in the picture. I pump my arms like a wild person while I'm walking, but it works. Just got done walking 2 miles today. My problem is that I don't walk everyday. I don't walk if I have to work during the day. I'm going to try and keep walking until I can start running again. That is my hope. Wish me luck my people.
