Lately if have been having a lot of stress in my life. It is mainly because of my new business. Mostly because I put off things and the stress just racks up. I've noticed if I work real hard and get some things done, the stress goes away and doesn't build up. That is my new method of stress therapy - work hard and get things done. It worked today. I got out of bed, got two important things done and I felt a lot better. Tell your friends folks, it works for me.
