I bought this book on the internet. I believe it had a bunch of hype to it. It is a motivational book by Dr. David L. Cook. It is a very short book, but I think it is a very strong book to read. If you want to borrow it just let me know and I will ship it to you. Dr. Cook is a sports psychologist. He has worked with every sport under the sun. The book wasn't cheap but I think it was worth it. Let me know.
